• You must play the game, fill out the activity worksheet in its entirety and upload/submit in this form to qualify for the raffle. 

• Submissions must be from March 1, 2024 through March 31, 2024.

• *Prize value may be issued as a university grant or as a bookstore voucher, depending on the winner's program of study, financial aid eligibility, or enrollment status. Student must be actively enrolled at the time of the drawing.
