Apple has put together an amazing set of resources for teachers to learn more about the iPad and how to use it in the classroom. There are 8 iPad modules.

Once you have logged in with your Apple ID, click on badges for iPad to get started. Select one of the eight areas of study. Once you select an area, you will be directed to an iBook. You can also explore the online resources. When you are ready take the quiz to earn your badge. Earn all 8 to become an Apple Teacher!
