The Lasallian educational mission is lived out, together and by Association, within the context of community. A Lasallian Animator invites everyone to share in the Lasallian charism, mission and essential elements of the Lasallian tradition. Lasallian Animators accompany and inspire members of the community to discover their Lasallian vocational journey as sons and daughters of God and co-operators in building God's Kingdom.

The District Lasallian Animation Network (DLAN) seeks to provide formation and accompaniment for Animators and Animation Teams in the District. DLAN functions to build relationships, to share best practices, and support those who are called to serve as the “heart, memory and guarantors of charism” and mission (Rule 157, 2015). DLAN will find ways to collaborate across the District, and with the wider Lasallian Family, in order to animate, inspire, and respond to the needs of our Lasallian Communities.
