Parking Permit Requests for seniors and juniors is currently open. Please read all of the information below and on the form before submitting, as you may miss something and forfeit your place in line if you don't.
All students that park on campus or the perimeter of the school must have a valid LASA Parking Permit for the current school year.
Only LASA seniors and juniors may park on campus.
This form is a Request for a Parking Permit and does not guarantee a spot. Documentation must be provided before a permit is assigned.
Permits will be issued in person, first come, first serve, when student's info has been submitted via this form and valid documentation is presented in person during the designated pick up times. After you submit this form, you will need to bring the student's DL and INSURANCE IN PERSON at TCBE or during school starting on August 15th to Ms. Redfield in the LASA Office. Students should plan on picking up permit during TCBE to ensure their spot.
PAYMENT: Cash/Check only. Make check payable to: LASA HIGH SCHOOL PARKING PERMIT, $10 Juniors/Seniors (for whole school year)
INSURANCE: Must have student's name and vehicle student is driving to campus on the insurance
PERMIT PICK UP & DOCUMENT VERIFICATION:
STUDENTS: Show your documents (insurance and DL) at TCBE or during school to get your parking permit.
PARENT/GUARDIAN: You may sign up your student on this form and pick up the parking permit for your student at TCBE. You MUST have student's insurance and student's DL (screen shot ok) upon pickup. No exceptions. Student may not come and show LASA their documents at a later date.
August 2nd: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
August 3rd: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
August 4th: 8:00. am - 12:00 pm
August 11th: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Please do not come outside of TCBE times as our staff is busy getting ready for the school year and Permits will not be issued then. After TCBE, permits can be picked up on the first day of school, August 15th during school hours.
