STEM Engineering Design and Graphical Programming
Who: The STEM Engineering Design course is for students in the Sabas Perez Engineering School program, or for any other students interested in learning more about engineering design using the SOLIDWORKS computer program.
What: SOLIDWORKS is used to develop mechatronics systems from beginning to end. At the initial stage, the software is used for planning, visual ideation, modeling, feasibility assessment, prototyping, and project management. The software is then used for design and building of mechanical, electrical, and software elements.
Where: Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School
When:
June 2nd- June 25th
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM -1:00 PM
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided
Why: SOLIDWORKS is an efficient 3D design software. SOLIDWORKS is an easy to use parametric design modular, meaning you can easily edit the design at any stage in the design process.
