As part of YMN’s commitment to expanding access to mentorship, we’re proud to introduce the Program Finder Tool—a centralized, easy-to-use resource designed to help youth, caregivers, and professionals connect with mentoring programs that meet their unique needs. Launching with approximately 17 mentoring programs from the Nexus network, the tool features regularly updated information on eligibility, timing, referral type, and services to help users find the right support at the right time.

Please note that the Program Finder is currently in its prototype phase. This is just the beginning of a larger effort to strengthen access to mentoring countywide. We are actively gathering feedback and working to improve its accuracy, features, and functionality. We appreciate your patience as we grow this tool together—and we welcome your ideas to help shape future versions.
