As we approach the end of a bustling spring term, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the incredible energy and talent that has filled our hall over the last few weeks. It has been a season of 'stepping into the spotlight' and I could not be prouder of our pupils.
A huge congratulations to our Year 3 and Year 4 children for their spectacular Spring Performance. It was a joy to see so many families in the audience and I am sure you will agree that the children truly outdid themselves.
In addition to our creative successes, we were recently honoured to host a very special guest: Courtney Orange, the world-class athlete and performer. Courtney’s visit was an electrifying experience for the whole academy. Having competed at an international level, he shared his journey of discipline, hard work and the importance of a 'growth mindset'. His message was clear: to achieve greatness, one must first master the art of consistency.
The children were captivated by his stories of international competition and, of course, his incredible physical skills. It was a fantastic reminder for our pupils that whether they are interested in sports, the arts, or academics, the path to the "international stage" starts with the effort they put in today.
As we look toward the final terms of the year, we want to carry this momentum of excellence and inspiration forward. We are committed to providing our pupils with more opportunities to meet role models like Courtney and more platforms to showcase their unique talents.
Thank you for your continued support of our academy community. It is a privilege to watch your children grow into such confident, capable young people.

We respectfully ask that you address any concerns or issues with your child's class teacher in the first instance. If it remains unresolved then your concern will then be escalated to the Key Stage Lead and/or Mrs Neame, Vice Principal. In the unlikely event that it continues to remain unresolved, it will be escalated to Miss Brading at that point.
