Teaching Language lessons in the library

Mrs. Denise Robertson is the Library Assistant at the bilingual campus at Houston Elementary. She serves @ 700 students and many of them are bilingual students. Here she teaches those students English by showing a bilingual video that shows the English as well as the Spanish names for animals.

Career Day at the Houston Library

The Police and Firefighters let the students from Houston ask questions and inquire about the job of /first Responders. Ms. Robertson then read students a book concerning those careers and students were allowed to ask questions that they wondered about.
