Olivia Thompson

My name is Olivia Thompson and I’m super excited to be a part of the SSG team. I look forward to working with all of you. Just a little bit about me. I have a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in child and family studies. I completed my undergrad at The University of Southern Mississippi and graduated in May 2015. I also have a master’s in clinical mental health counseling which I obtained from Capella University in 2022. I have always had a passion to work with others and help them. I worked as a teacher in 2014 until 2020. I have worked with children from infancy to age 6yrs and have done volunteer work with teens. I have experience doing early intervention with children ages 1-3 yrs. As well as I have worked in a behavioral health hospital with adults struggling with alcohol, substance addictions and suicide ideations/attempts. In my free time, I love going out to eat ice cream, shop, travel, spend time with friends and family, and volunteer with my sorority.
