Apple created an amazing self-guided learning opportunity for educators all over the world! It includes 8 modules to help us explore iPad basics, Pages, Keynote, iMovie, Numbers, GarageBand, iPad Productivity, and iPad Creativity. Everything you need to get started using iPads in your classroom!
After you review the "Learn New Skills" pathway, you take the quiz! If you get at least 4 correct, you earn a badge. Once you receive all 8 badges, you will receive your Apple Teacher certification from Apple, becoming an internationally recognized Apple Teacher!
Our SDOLTECH goal is for 95%+ of SDOL educators to become Apple Teachers! You can do it! Meeting this goal will allow your school the chance to become an Apple Distinguished School in the future!

- Navigate to Schoology and sign in > Click on Courses > My Courses > Join Course.
- Join the Apple Teacher Schoology Course with ACCESS CODE: X2ZB4-G38NW.
- Follow all directions to complete the 8 Badges to earn your Apple Teacher Certification.
- It is recommended that you complete the Apple Teacher quizzes on your laptop while exploring the apps on your iPad. This works well!
- Upon completion, you will receive an official email and certificate from Apple. Upload your certificate to complete the course! Celebrate!
