This year has been a watershed year for the LAMDL. We have expanded to support over 600 students from 30 different LA public high schools, all while significantly increasing the rigor of our programming. This success has generated new demand for debate, but we cannot do it alone. Making a donation to the LAMDL will help us reach our goal of competitive debate more accessible to students across LAUSD.

In-Kind Donations
Research is an essential skill learned and developed in policy debate. For current debaters, much of that research is done online. For some students however, having a laptop at a tournament is a burdening cost. In addition to monetary contributions, you can help alleviate this burden through in-kind donations. If you have older laptops that you or your office are retiring, consider donating them to LAMDL so that they may find new life and purpose at the hands of our talented debaters.
