Lee was born and raised in Oregon, attended the University of Oregon and has practiced architecture for a wide variety of medical, educational and institutional clients with project types ranging from functional magnetic resonance labs to whole house church remodels.
He is a skilled communicator and seasoned institutionally based designer with a "hands on" approach to every job. As Principal in Charge, he will work closely with you to ensure your project is completed to your highest satisfaction.

Patrick is a Project Manager at LAKersh with experience working for Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms in Costa Rica, Texas and Oregon. He has worked on a variety of projects types, including retail, residential, high-rise, landscape, churches, master planning, and museums.
Patrick is a quiet problem-solver who analyzes complex problems and develops creative solutions. He is passionate about Kaizen, sustainability and renewable energy. Patrick earned a degree in Architecture from Rice University.
Adding a diverse touch to the firm from personal experience in preschool education, adult activity management and health care coordination, Marti Kersh doubles as the firm's marketing assistant and bookeeper and shares ownership in the business.
Marti's professional experience adds great perspective to L. A. Kersh Architecture, both during assistance in the development of projects, and in the background while managing critical functions of the office.
Marti has worked with her husband Lee since 1997 at the firm and is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a BS in Sociology.
Kendall brings a variety of software skills to LAKersh and provides assistance to us both the field and on the boards. He is a "people person" with excellent organizational abilities and a diversified background in construction, manufacturing trades and business ownership. He is currently attending LCC as he works his way to a degree in architecture or a related field.
