This exciting project for Greenhill Humane Society has begun construction in June 2018. Phased construction will be conducted simultaneously with capital campaign fundraising efforts as the project moves ahead through the next year.

A completely new Adoption Kennel and Hold Kennel, as shown in orange on the adjacent site plan, will highlight this project. Also incorporated into the overall project is a new Clinic space shown in green and a remodeled Cattery as shown in yellow. Overall, the facility will increase in size from its current 14,000 square feet to nearly 24,000 square feet.
State of the art animal care concepts have been utilized throughout the expansion and remodel areas at the Greenhill site. The kennels will feature a unique, two zone, interior "climate" for each side of the hold area kennels. Natural lighting and ventilation is being provided for animal comfort and energy efficiency.
