CLUB STRUCTURE

We will have structure the team based on skills/abilities. Depending on how many riders we have registered, we will adjust groups. Also, we may adjust groups and such on a practice by practice basis, depending on who we have show up.

HOW TO JOIN

Step 1: Learn about the club.

Check out our information meeting slides above and/or talk to our team leadership.

Step 2: Register for the club using this FORM

Registration begins Monday. Nov 21. We'll post a link to registration on our club website as well as in Slack and here on our wiki. Look for that and click on it to get to the registration page.

Step 3: Make sure you join SLACK

After registering, we'll email you any links and additional information you will need for the team. We will also be posting informational updates to Slack and add you to our club Slack Channel.

CLUB INFORMATION

This is a description of where you will find all information/communication for the club. You are responsible to pay attention, read what is posted, and know what is going on.

CLUB CHAT: SLACK

We communicate primarily via Slack, which is our club chat application. You can join us on Slack by clicking the button to the right.

We will send regular emails with information you will need for the Club. If we don't have your email address, click on the button to the side here.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Requirements

  1. You must have completed 1 full NICA season, or equivalent demonstrated MTB experience and skill level

  2. Min going into 8th grade, under 20 yrs old in Fall of 2023

  3. You must be able to provide your own appropriate level bike


Exceptions to these above requirements are to be given at the discretion of the coaches and team director.

CLUB COSTS


REQUIRED COSTS

Club Fee = $0

There is no required fee for this club. However, if you wish to race under the club name, you will need to purchase a club tech tee or race kit.


ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE COSTS

  • Travel - for races, practices. Riders will need to either provide their own transportation or help pay for the costs of transportation and lodging, etc needed for travel practices and races.

  • Race Kit - these are required for racing with the club. You can race in either a full kit or in a tech tee.

  • Spring Camp - this is a multi-day camp and will have a separate cost to account for food and other related costs to the activity

  • Race Fees - for any races you participate in.

  • Personal Gear and Bike Costs
