Upcoming Deadlines 2018-19:

  • October 1st, 2018: FAFSA applications for 2019-2020 are open for submission. This funding is on a first-come-first-serve basis
  • January 2nd: LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP IS NOW AVAILABLE -deadline February 14th
  • January 15th DUE DATE: The WI Automobile & Truck Dealers Association Scholarship is available for Seniors entering a technical degree in auto mechanics
  • February 1st: The Wisconsin Police Association Scholarship Program is offering their scholarship to a senior choosing a field that will lead to a two- of a four year degree in police science, criminal justice, or a law enforcement related field-law school is not included. Stop in student services for an application.
  • February 14: The Community UCC Thrift Shop in St. Germain will again be offering 2 scholarships @ $500.00 each. Applications are now available in student services.
  • February 24th: Forest County Foundation Scholarship Program for technical college and 4-year University offered to all students
  • Late February: $1,000 scholarship for LGTBQ+ seniors pursuing a major in film, theater, dance, or music
  • March 1st: OjO-Dor scholarship application is now available at www.cfoncw
  • March 20th: Minocqua-Woodruff USBC Association Bowling Scholarship application is now available
  • April 1st DUE DATE: The WI Athletic Directors Association offers a scholarship to a Senior athlete whose parent(s) are members of WADA. Follow the link to find the application under "Resources" OR stop into Student Services for a hard copy of the application.
  • April 1st: Wisconsin Restaurant Association Education Foundation Scholarship is available for students with future plans of food service and/or hospitality
  • April 1st: Headwaters Builders Association is offering (2) $250.00 dollar scholarship to those students who will be entering the fields such as but not limited to: Residential construction, Construction Management, Architectural Design,or Drafting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC.
  • April 30th: Northwoods Community Credit Union Scholarship is now available in student services. Stop in for an application.
  • May 1-June 1st, 2019: American Indian Graduate Center offers numerous scholarships for tribal students. Apply online before the May and June deadlines.

Other Important Information on Financial Resources

  • The Nicolet Promise offers assistance for those interested in a 2 year degree
  • The ITA or Information Technology Academy is a program for selected high school students that offers a variety of financial resources if and when a student chooses to accept an education at UW-Madison
  • Certain students with financial need may be identified by their FAFSA application as being eligible for additional funding through the WI TIP Grant
