Welcome to the Lafayette School District Distance Learning Resource Site. On the site you will find links to learn more about the different online platforms and apps as well as links to get support if you need device support. For Super Wednesdays, you can also access the Science, Music, Library, and LPIE Art pages for support.

Our Mission

As the role of technology in schools evolves, our primary goal remains – to ensure all students have authentic and equitable opportunities to build skills that engage, motivate, and empower. Student technology use supports essential skill areas for our students, including complex communication, new media literacy, creativity, and self-directed learning. The LAFSD Technology program is designed to help prepare our students to excel and contribute in a global society.

Success for All!

We understand that sending a Chromebook home in a time of distance learning may present additional challenges for students and parents. LAFSD's goal is to make a successful connection between school and distance learning. We are here to help.

Remote learning: We want to help make distance learning efficient and effective. Please keep checking back to this site. We are continuously adding to the site to keep it as up to date as possible.

Tech support: Sometimes things don't work as they should. We are here to help you when the Chromebook or iPad just won't do what it's supposed to do. This site also has FAQs, helpful hints and sections describing what programs we use to support you and your student.

A Big Thank you to LPIE for supporting LAFSD technology
