If you are in need of a MacBookPro repair you may be in luck with Apple Care. Apple Care provides live in person, phone, or web support to help you diagnose your issue and prep it for service. If you live near an Apple store, often times you can simply take in your laptop and in store tech will help you out. To see if you have Apple Care coverage on your laptop, check out the site: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/us/en/?

What You'll Need
You'll want to locate your MacBookPro serial number to check for coverage. To do this, on your desktop, click on the Apple logo in the top left corner of the screen and choose ABOUT THIS MAC.

On the next window you'll find the serial number of your laptop listed at the bottom.

Next Steps
Drag your mouse over the serial number to highlight the text and copy it (Command C) or write it down. Then paste (Command V) or type into the Apple Care Coverage website.

Then, press CONTINUE to start the check. After the check has been done, a status screen will tell you if you have Apple Care coverage, when it expires, and provide a link to start a repair!

Final Thoughts
If you have Apple Care on your computer and schedule a repair, make sure to also complete a Techkit Support Form (in Support Section of this site) to let us know repairs are in the works. If you do not have Apple Care coverage, you may need to discuss further repair costs with Apple Support. Also, complete a Techkit Support form to update on on your repair plan.
