Gmail PDF Printer converts your emails to PDF in bulk!
Add emails to a label (or use an existing label), and Gmail PDF Printer will create PDF files of those emails.
The PDF files are stored in Google Drive with attachments.
Gmail PDF Printer is a web app that opens in your browser.

First time users must Allow permission for script to run.
Enter your label, select options, and then click Start to print emails to PDF!
Steps on using Gmail PDF Printer:
Click the button above to start Gmail PDF Printer.
Allow permission to access Gmail and Drive if prompted.
Enter Gmail label to convert to PDF.
Select options:
Exclude quoted text from the bottom of emails
Include quoted text for the first email in each thread
Add a page break between emails
Create a PDF file for each Label, Thread, or Message.
After making selections, click START
At the bottom, you'll see percentage progress and status messages.
Once completed, a link will appear under status messages.
Click on the 'File Link'. Link will take you to the folder where the converted email to PDF is found.
Converted PDF is in your Google drive under the folder 'Gmail PDF' with a sub-folder named with the label, date, and time of execution of the app.
Click on the 'File Link' (or go to your Google Drive - My Drive)
Click on folder 'Gmail PDF'
Click on the PDF
If the emails have attachments, a sub-folder 'Attachment' will have the attachments
Create a Gmail Label.
Settings --> Label --> Scroll down --> Create Label (bottom)
Select emails to be converted to PDF.
Inbox --> Search email
Select email (click box on left of emails)
Click the Labels button
Select Label
Click 'Apply'
This will move selected emails to the Label
PDF Printer will Timeout if there are too many emails in the label.
Timeout can occur between 5 and 30 minutes after starting a label.
PDF Printer can process about 100 emails per minute, so labels should have less than 500 emails. Longer emails take more time to process.

If the process Times out, the folder and some PDF files/attachments may still be saved in your Gmail PDF folder.
Images in emails are not rendered in PDF. Attached images are in the attachments folder.
PDF files and attachments take up storage space in Drive, so ensure that you have space for your exports. Visit this page to check your Drive storage.
