Hunting

Hunting is something I have been experiencing throughout my life and still is part of me more during this time of year. The time of year I hunt is from July to around October/November depending on which hunting ground or if we get a private hunting ground you can say. These private grounds go out for raffle, you submit an application and only a certain number of people get to hunt that area in between dates. Hunting is a fair sport because the rules of hunting are fair. They give an advantage to animals and also give them a way to escape hunters. So there should be nothing wrong with hunting more when they are in different seasons. Just like deer go by section and time of year. The only animals that don't have a limit per year or can be hunted at any time of the year are highly populated animals like wild hogs or pigs. Some are just bad for the environment because they spread diseases due to how populated they are (like raccoons and badgers). This can cause lower numbers of animals that are sensitive to disease like rabbits, and farm animals(cattle/cows). More when they are sensitive because they have weaker immune systems due to their genes, and their sources of water and food. Yet lots of animals this year have a big advantage because it rained a lot more than usual. Which grows a lot of trees, bushes, grass, and water sources everywhere. They can be under a little bit of shade, staring at you and you could notice something looking at you but you can't see them, and only have that gut feeling.
Most of the game animals have their season because so they have a time to reproduce and the number of game animals won't have a big downfall unless there is some sort of disease that can be found during off seasons by game wardens or rangers. The rangers are around more when they see lots of animals or a lot of people exploring in the off season to make sure there are not any poaching happening. They often have sensors like an entrance for them to know if there are a little or a lot of trucks passing in or out. They also have radios that are high frequency and hear radios or if anything suspicious is happening. The game wardens set up the old trick plastic deer on the side of the road in either public or private land. I have seen them set it up in the night. They want to see if people that are new to the area for their temptation would beat them and do something against law and rangers are mainly around the corner or on the other side of the deer to just trap you and not be able to run off. Although there are many people that get lucky and get away. The main consequence of hunting an animal out of season is your license being banned for about 10 years and a big fee also a permanent mark in your record and possibly getting some charges that can lead to some time in jail.
There are many people that see that animals are going down in numbers in certain areas so they decide it's better to go into an old place that they had left because they saw it was getting harder. This year my dad and I went hunting for the A section. This place we call it the cows. We knew it was going to be hard but we never thought out of 5 days we would not see one buck deer. All we saw were female deers but we were not able to see athletes as spies. A spy is like a babe buck you can say they like a 2 or 3 pointers, which 2 pointers are illegal and some 3 pointers can be very risky because if a ranger is to do the ring test and the ring falls straight down the antlers you can get fined and the meat away. Like this one time me and my dad were less than 50 yards from a spy but it was really early and we didn't know if to shoot it or not. The thought was to shoot but lucky that since we were not sure we forgot about putting a round into the action. So that's how you know it was not meant to be for us. Hunting is just part destiny/luck because there are times you see a lot of bedding areas and fresh tracks but you never see a deer. Another example are the rabbit or most likely any other small game animals. We did not kill as many because of the amount of rain we had this year. bushes well covered with leaves, long tall grass that create a safer environment for them even from hunters.
