For all Science Tokyo students interested in internships

The Kuramae Alumni Association will hold the 3rd “Seniors of enterprise encounter you at kick off meeting of internship (K-seek) ”. After learning the basic information about internships at the university-sponsored "Internship Guidance" scheduled for April 10th, we invite you to join K-seek to gain practical insights on company internships.

This event comprises two parts: an "Pre-Internship Study Session " to assist in selecting industries and companies, and an "Company Internship Information Session" where 127companies will explain their respective internship programs. It is a valuable opportunity to hear directly from company recruiters and Science Tokyo alumni currently working there. As this event will be held online, participation is convenient from anywhere. Part 1: Pre-Internship Study Session

Companies that participated in events organized by the Kuramae Alumni Association, such as Dr’s K-meet (September), K-find (November), and K-meet (March), are categorized into nine industries based on the registration information.  Detailed information is posted on the “Bulletin Board for Participating Students,” where you can find out which companies belong to each industry.

Part 2: Company Internship Information Session

1. Date and time

3. • Sunday, May 10th

   • Session 1: 10:30 - 12:30 (2 hours)

   • A 60-minutes break for Company changeover time

   • Session 2: 13:30 - 15:30 (2 hours)

   • Transition Time: 30 min

   • Session 3: 16:00 - 18:00 (2 hours)

   • You are free to enter and leave at any time during the sessions.

   • Please be sure to check each company’s schedule on the “Notice Board for Participating Students.” Some companies may conduct their sessions continuously across both the first and second halves.

4. Registration

• After registration, you will receive a confirmation email including log-in information. If you don't receive it, please register again.

• You can access the "Bulletin Board for Participating Students" from the URL in the confirmation email, so be sure to check the details before participating.

• "Bulletin Board for Participating Students"  will be updated regularly with the latest information such as a list of participating companies, introduction of participating companies, oVice company booth layouts, oVice implementation guidelines, announcements from companies, and an internship information bulletin board, so please check it regularly.

• We are also conducting a survey of companies participating in events hosted by Kuramae Alumni Association (Dr's K-meet, K-find, K-meet, K-seek) regarding internships, mainly for students who are scheduled to graduate or complete their studies in March 2028. The results will be published in late April.
