For all Science Tokyo students
The Tokyo Tech Alumni Association* and the Student Support Center of Science Tokyo will hold the 1st “Kuramae Employment Information Exchange Meeting (K-meet plus**)”.
A total of 118 companies eager to recruit students from Science Tokyo will participate in this event. The event will be held online and will feature not only large corporations, but also many small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies.
A diverse range of companies will be represented, including B to B*** that students may not typically encounter, smaller companies with outstanding technologies, and industry-leading innovators.
This is a valuable opportunity to discover companies that align with your research interests and personal passions. In the virtual venue, you can freely explore company booths and speak directly with recruiters and employees. We encourage you to take full advantage of this chance to connect with new and exciting companies.
* Science Tokyo Alumni Association (Sci. & Eng.)
** The event was called 'K-meet3' until last year and is now named 'K-meet Plus.
*** Business-to-Business: Companies that sell products or services to other companies, not directly to consumers.
In addition, this event offers two tools to help students find the best match with participating companies.
1. Student Contact System:
When registering for K-meet Plus, you will be asked if you would like to be contacted by companies. If you agree, please complete all the required fields and provide a self-promotion. This information will be shared with companies anonymously, without revealing your name. If a company wishes to contact you, we will inform you of the company’s name the day before the event. You can visit their booth at the K-meet Plus venue. If you are not interested, further action is not required.
2. Company Contact System:
This system allows students to contact company representatives directly by sending contact information to the company's recruiting office at the student request, with the Tokyo Tech Alumni Association acting as an intermediary. To use this system, please access the following URL for SUPPORT TOOL 03 including company name applicable for the system and registration procedure : https://www.kuramae.ne.jp/career/service/support-tool/
*This system serves solely as a means of connecting students with companies. It does not imply that the Tokyo Tech Alumni Association or Science Tokyo recommends any particular student to any specific company.
Advance registration is required to participate in this event. Students who wish to use the Student Contact System must register by Friday, June 6. After this date, you may still attend the event, but the system will no longer be available.
This event is open to all Science Tokyo students, regardless of their field of study or year level.
Please note that this will be the final on-campus company information session for those aiming to start work in April 2026. If you haven’t secured a job yet or are not satisfied with your job search so far, K-meet Plus is a great opportunity. We hope to see many of you there!
