The 3rd Kuramae Corporate Research Fair (K-find) 

To all Science Tokyo students

The Tokyo Tech Alumni Association*1, in collaboration with the Student Support Center of Science Tokyo, will hold the 3rd "Kuramae Corporate Research Fair (K-find)", as outlined below.

This event provides an opportunity to hear directly from professionals, including alumni, about industries, companies, and career paths after employment, in preparation for the official job-hunting season starting in March next year.

• A total of 205 companies, ranging from large corporations to venture firms, will participate.

• This is not a recruitment fair, so students who are not currently job-hunting (e.g., those considering internships in the future) are also welcome to participate casually as an opportunity to gather information for the future and to talk with company representatives, including alumni.

After the company booth exhibition, there will be a free standing buffet-style networking reception, where you can enjoy food and drinks and freely converse with company representatives. Participation is free.

 【Event Overview】 

１．Event Dates and Program

• Dates: November 5 (Wed) – November 7 (Fri), 2025 (3 days)

• Company Booth Exhibition: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (4 hours)
  At each booth, company employees (including alumni of Science Tokyo) will introduce their work and career paths. You are encouraged to ask questions actively.
  Please note: This is not a recruitment fair, so avoid asking about specific hiring terms or job offers.

• Networking Reception: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (2 hours)
  It's an opportunity to talk freely with company representatives while enjoying food and drinks in a standing buffet style. This event is very popular with both students and companies every year, so we highly recommend joining. Participation is free.  

２．Event Format

• In-person only - 205 company booths will be available for in-person presentations and face-to-face Q&A sessions.

４．Registration

Please register online by the day before the event.

• After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. (If you do not receive an email, please register again.)

• After registering, please fill out the Name Tag Template sent to your email address, print it out, and bring it with you on the day of the event. (Note: You can participate without pre-registration, but registration will take longer.)

• Access the URL in the confirmation email and enter your login information to view the "Bulletin Board for Participating Students ".  Please be sure to check it before participating.

• The "Bulletin Board for Participating Students" will be updated regularly with the latest information, including a list of participating companies, company introductions, company booth layouts, and announcements from companies. Please check it regularly.

5. Venue

• Student Registration Desk: Science Tokyo Front, 1st floor lobby (1 location)

• Company Booth Exhibition: Science Tokyo Front (1st and 3rd floors)

• Networking Reception: West Building No.5, 2nd Floor, Student Cafeteria "Tsubame Terrace"
