UPI & Auto-Pay: We collect payment mandates to facilitate your automated contributions to the Golden Harvesting Scheme or Digital Gold savings.
We do not store your complete banking login credentials or UPI PINs on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To facilitate the purchase, sale, and accumulation of digital gold and manage your harvesting scheme account.
KYC Compliance: To verify your identity as required by Indian laws regarding gold accumulation and financial transactions (prevention of money laundering and fraud).
Transaction Processing: To execute UPI auto-pay mandates and verify successful payments.
Communication: To send you transaction receipts, maturity alerts, and scheme updates.
To provide the full functionality of the App (including UPI payments, KYC verification, and security), we request the following permissions on your device. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings, though some features may become unavailable.
A. Identity & Security
Biometrics (USE_BIOMETRIC): Used to enable secure and quick login or to authenticate high-value transactions (such as gold withdrawal) using your fingerprint or face ID.
Phone State & Network (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to verify internet connectivity and ensure the app is running on a secure device environment for financial transactions.
B. KYC & Documents (Camera & Storage)
Camera (CAMERA): Required to scan QR codes for UPI payments and to capture photos of your KYC documents (PAN Card) or take a selfie for identity verification.
Storage & Media (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required to allow you to upload existing documents for KYC and to save invoices, gold purchase certificates, or payment receipts to your device.
C. Location Services
Location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): We collect location data to:
Verify your location for fraud prevention during financial transactions (compliance with banking regulations).
Help you locate the nearest Rajshri Jewellers showroom. Note: We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
D. Communication & Social
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): Used optionally to allow you to easily select phone numbers from your address book for referrals or to send gift cards/digital gold to friends and family. We do not upload your contact list to our servers without your specific action.
Call Phone (CALL_PHONE): Used to allow you to directly call our customer support team from within the app.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send you real-time alerts regarding your gold scheme maturity, transaction success/failure, and daily gold rate updates.
E. Hardware & Peripherals
Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Used to connect with supported external accessories (if applicable) or to facilitate seamless connectivity standards required by certain payment or verification SDKs integrated into the app.
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Required for Video-KYC procedures (if applicable) where verbal verification is needed to prevent identity fraud.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
All sensitive KYC data (PAN, Bank details) is encrypted during transmission and storage.
We implement strict access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive user data for verification purposes.
