Update Household Information and Notifications

Household information such as phone numbers and addresses as well as contact preferences for alerts can be updated within the web portal or in the Campus Parent app.

Update Household Information

Click on More, then choose either Address Information or Demographics then click Update on the field(s) you wish to update.

All updates are reviewed by staff before changes take effect.

Update Messaging/Notification Preferences

When you log in, be sure to check Stay Logged In.

Click on the Person icon in the upper right, and choose Settings.

On the next screen, review the Message Preferences for Phones and Email addresses associated with your account.

Click Save.

You can update app notification settings as well under the Settings menu by reviewing Notification Preferences.

You can adjust grade notification preferences by the grade earned, and you can add attendance notifications.

Click Save.
