2021 AGM and Nominations for Committee Positions

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Kingsford Smith School P&C will be held on Tuesday 16 February 2021 at 7:00pm Following the tabling of the Audit Report for the year ended 31 December 2020, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following Executive positions:
Nominations will also be sought for a range of other Committee positions including, but not limited to, P&C Council Delegate, Facebook Administrator, Google Administrator, Fundraising Coordinator and Delegates. All current P&C members are encouraged to attend the AGM to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions.
P&C meetings are held on Tuesday evenings in week 3 and 8 of each term. Meetings have been held online via Google meets throughout 2020 and for 2021 it is planned this will continue as a hybrid google meet/face to face option to enable everyone to attend as suits them.
If you would like to nominate for a position on the Committee, you will need to complete a Nomination Form by Monday 15 February 2021. Nomination forms and roles information will also be made available at the front office at the start of Term 1.

The AGM is open to all parents, carers and interested citizens who wish to attend. At the completion of the AGM, a general meeting will be held.
