Workshop on Dynamics

This workshop aims to bring together young researchers and experts in India working on dynamics - analytic, arithmetic and ergodic. The plan is to have mini-courses on quasiconformal techniques to study dynamics and parameter spaces (holomorphic dynamics), ergodic theory of group actions on homogeneous spaces (homogneous dynamics), and topics from arithmetic dynamics namely, Berkovich dynamics and moduli spaces of dynamical systems, with a view towards the interplay between these areas. We attempt to introduce various directions of work in the three basic topics of dynamics and introduce a few recent progresses in them to motivated researchers. The workshop includes a few research talks as well.
