PAST Google Doodle 2021
Aloha e nā ʻohana,
I just recently heard about an art contest opportunity that sounds REALLY cool!
Have you noticed that when you open a new page in Google, the illustrations of the word “Google” change every day? There is a contest open called, "Google Doodle" accepting STUDENT work — and besides getting our creations showcased on a global platform, there are awesome prizes for the winners!
There is a K-3 and 4-5 category, (along with upper grade categories if you have other keiki who might be interested.) The theme is, "I am STRONG because..."
The due date is next week Friday, Feb. 26, so that gives us only a week to create our best work, but… we have haumāna with great ideas and skills… so I say try!
Website with details: https://doodles.google.com/d4g/
This is something you can submit on your own, but I am open to working with anyone who might need kōkua submitting. Let me know!
