This privacy policy governs your use of the software application SmartGridSoft 2.0 for mobile devices, which was created by Kruti Group. The Application is a Utility Management Portal designed to help users monitor, manage, and recharge utility prepaid meters.

1. What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?

User-Provided Information: The Application obtains the information you provide when you log in. To use the Application, you must input your credentials (username, password, and Site ID) provided by your building administrator. We use this information solely to authenticate you against the designated utility service APIs and load your dashboard data.

Real-Time Data: The Application accesses meter serial numbers, recharge history, and balance status, which is stored on your utility administrator's secure servers and displayed locally in the app.

2. Does the Application Collect Precise Real-Time Location Information?

No. This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

3. Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information Obtained by the Application?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your credentials or utility data to outside parties. Data is only transmitted securely between the Application and the official utility APIs managed by your system administrator.

4. Advertising and In-App Purchases

The Application is completely free to use. It contains no advertisements, no tracking software, and no in-app purchases.

5. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, login details are transmitted securely via API endpoints using encryption protocols.
