Arizona K12 Center provides a wide range of effective programs to develop teacher leaders and enhance classroom performance. These programs are offered throughout the year, and are designed based on data-driven research, proven best practices, as well as on-going evaluation to meet the unique needs of Arizona’s teachers. Arizona K12 center has eight signature programs, and the next National Board Institute will be September 16th at the AZK12 Professional Learning Center. The registration deadline is September 1st 2017.


Founded in 1998, the Arizona Technology in Education Alliance (AzTEA) is an affiliate of the International society for Technology in Education. AzTEA is a professional nonprofit organization striving to increase students’ achievement through technology, and offers professional development opportunities throughout the year.


Educators Rising promotes all aspects of teaching and provides relevant teacher preparation resources to help pre-service teaching candidates develop the skills they need to become successful educators.


Rio Salado College offers a variety of educator preparation programs. Rio Salado provides professional development opportunities, and has an Educator Rising Association that focusses on providing additional support to enhance teacher –readiness skills.


Treasures 4 Teachers is a member based resource and supply store serving Arizona’s educators. For $35.00 per year, you can become a member and gain access to a large warehouse with a wide selection of materials and resources that will enrich and increase the learning process in your classroom.


WeElevateEdu is a movement to appreciate and advocate for our nation’s educators recently started by Paradise Valley Community College education students. Their mission is to improve the education system in Arizona by increasing an awareness that recognizes the challenges and current issues educators face. Join the movement and take the three day challenge to admire, appreciate or advocate for an educator today.


Arizona Science Teachers Association (ASTA) is a dynamic organization which inspires, engages and supports science teachers who are preparing STEM learner for success. ASTA provides a variety of professional development opportunities, including conference and workshops offered throughout the year. ASTA's Annual Science Conference, Level Up! will be held at Castille High School in Chandler on October 28, 2017. Registration will open in August 2017.


Horace Mann has been serving educators since 1945, and is now one of the largest national insurers focusing on educators needs. Beyond an insurance company, Horace Mann provides free financial literacy workshops, and has partnered with DonorsChoose.org to aid in funding classroom projects.


Lakeshore Learning develops remarkable, innovative educational materials and resources for infants and toddlers through 6th grade. Their products play a vital role in children mastering educational goals as well as developmental milestones, through exploration and discovery. Lakeshore Learning also provides free teacher workshops, free crafts for kids, and offers free online resources.


DonorsChoose.org has been supporting educators since 2000 with helping to fulfill classroom needs. Their mission is to provide every community with the tools and experiences needed to have a successful education. Classroom teachers can network with others educators, donors, foundations and corporate partners to request a need for their classroom.
