My name is Ivan and i’m 11 years old. I understand there are lots of good and useful professions in the world, but personally, I want to become a doctor.

A lot of people think it’s not an easy profession and I agree with them. But I like to help people, it’s really important for me. I am a very reliable and conscientious person. I think it will help me in my future job. Крім того, I like to study biology. I know that I will need to learn a lot to become a good doctor. I’m a straight-A student, so I don’t have problems with self-discipline. I also know that this job requires big responsibility because people’s health depends on me.

My mother is a doctor; she works as a surgeon in a hospital. Mom dreamed of becoming a doctor from the very childhood just like me. She graduated from the medical university. She always listens what to her patients say and always ready to help. She often gets tired, but the most important thing for her is the happiness and health of her patients.

I want to be as brave as my mother and to help people as a doctor even when they have no hope. I hope I will succeed.

When a person chooses a profession, this step defines his/her further lifestyle. The occupation changes us and the way we think, develops our skills and demands the responsibility for our actions.

Frequently we follow in the footsteps of our parents or heed the views of our friends. Sometimes we stick to the rules that makes the fashion. But these decisions are reckless – it’s important to find your own unique way.

I’ve already chosen my future profession. Personally, I decided that I would become a scientist. I never take the easy way, I take the one that includes a creative approach and makes me gain knowledge. I don’t like noisy environments and when I have a whole bunch of people around me and adore privacy – that’s why I can’t be an ordinary office worker or some sort of manager.

I dream to work as an independent unit, when nobody tells me what to do.

Why scientist? My mother says she wants me to become a successful lawyer, she thinks this job provides people with a lot of benefits. But i’m a sophisticated person and a bit introvert. I want to be useful for the society and the world in its global sense…

I prefer to study scholarly writings in philosophy and modern biology. Someday i’ll invent my own medicine that will internet all the mental and physical diseases.
