Shawbo Abdulsamad Abubekr Salh 

Welcome to my Academic Profile page. My name is Shawbo Abdulsamad Abubaker. I am a Lecturer teaching in the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Health at Koya University, Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

 I have a B.Sc. degree in Physics, M.Sc. degree in Laser Physics, and a PhD degree in Solar Thermal and Photo Voltaic, and a PhD degree in Solar Thermal and Photovoltaics, with a focus on Indoor Photovoltaic Systems for IoT Applications. 

 My research interests include Organic and Perovskite Solar Cells, Photovoltaic Materials, Energy Conversion Devices, and Simulation/Modelling of Semiconductor Devices.
