Welcome to my Academic Profile page. My name is Hoshmand Ali Mahmood. I am an Assistant Professor teaching in the Department of History, Faculty of Education at Koya University, Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

I have a B.A. degree in History, also M.A. degree in Modern & Contemporary History and a Ph.D. degree in Contemporary History. I am a member of the intelligence historian association in Kurdistan. The following topics are

My Research interesting; The Kurdish History of Iran, General Kurdish Modern & Contemporary History, European Modern & Contemporary History, The history of United States of America. I am teaching the TURKEY AND IRAN CONTEMPORARY HISTORY for undergraduate students. I am also teaching the history of Ottoman Empire and Modern history of Iran for MA students. For PhD students, teaching the history of United States of America. In addition, I am supervising a PhD student with two M.A students.
