teaching is not an easy job , it requires many communication skills beside the academic part. we as instructors we always have to try to build a bridge between our brains and the learners' , that can be an easy transfer for the knowledge that we have.

beside all that in my point of view, blending the practical life with the academic lecture is one of the methods ( based on my years of teaching) that makes the learner so eager to learn and the motivation of learning will increase once they see the application of what they have learned in real-life.

as my field experience in accounting in general and in Auditing specifically, this has allow me to provide daily basis examples from the real-life experience to the learners and mix the academic data into useful , easy to understand information.

The last point I would love to mention here is : if you want to be a highly- satisfying and always acceptable by the learners you have to have a very good knowledge in the area of that topic, that does not mean that you are familiar with, no, you have to be fully- equipped with all the areas of that topic. that is one of the reasons that I started teaching auditing and still do with a few other topics that has a close relation to Auditing as this was my choice since the beginning , and as Albert Einstein say ( If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough)

to sum it up, choose a topic that you as instructor you find your self in, and try to make it as a specialized area for you.

wish that we can deliver the best we have for KUST.
