Academic Philosophy
As an academician, my teaching philosophy is centered around creating a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the growth and development of my students.
I believe that students learn in different ways and at different rates
I motivate my students to achieve their highest potential and believe in hands-on practice, as the more students practice, the more they acquire good skills.
I also take reflection of myself and constantly seek to improve my teaching practice.
I have a clear approach to assessment that is aligned with my teaching philosophy.
