I believe in a long term learning strategy.
Every student has ability to learn. It is a matter of time and effort.
Students are human, human make mistakes, thus it is fine when students make mistakes.
Being flexible inside and outside the classes always give opportunities to success.
A good learner is a good researcher. Academia without research activity remains a pattern of repetition.
