• กรณีคืนสินค้า / ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ / ขอคืนเงิน จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ทันที

4. เงื่อนไขการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อเพื่อร่วมกิจกรรม

เพื่อให้คำสั่งซื้อของท่านมีผลในการนับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 

กรุณาตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าคำสั่งซื้อของท่านมีสถานะ “เสร็จสมบูรณ์” 

ตามที่ระบุด้านล่างนี้ในแต่ละช่องทาง:

• ต้องมีสถานะ “กดยืนยันรับสินค้าแล้ว” หรือ “Order Completed” เท่านั้น

5. เงื่อนไขทั่วไป

5.1 ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน (นับตามชื่อ-นามสกุล และ/หรือเลขบัตรประชาชน) 

มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลสูงสุดไม่เกิน 1 สิทธิ์ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

5.2 ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก จะต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ด้วยตนเองผ่านช่องทาง LINE Official: @Kojo_th 

ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยอัตโนมัติ และไม่สามารถขอรับสิทธิ์ย้อนหลังได้

5.3 สิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือสิ่งของอื่นทดแทนได้ในทุกกรณี

5.4 ของรางวัลที่ได้รับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือเลือกรายการได้ตามความต้องการของผู้เข้าร่วม

5.5 บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาตัดสิทธิ์ หรือเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

หากพบว่ามีการ:

•ให้ข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วน หรือไม่ถูกต้อง

•ใช้วิธีการใด ๆ ที่ส่อไปในทางทุจริต หรือมีเจตนาแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ที่ไม่เป็นธรรมจากกิจกรรม

5.6 การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมตกลงและยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย โอน หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ให้ไว้ 

เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรม และ/หรือการติดต่อสื่อสาร โดยเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ 

5.7 ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและ/หรือผู้ได้รับรางวัล ไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าชดเชย หรือค่าเสียหายใด ๆ จากบริษัทฯ 

ทั้งทางแพ่งหรืออาญา ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย หรือเหตุอื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ

5.8 การตัดสินใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้กิจกรรมนี้ รวมถึงการคัดเลือกผู้โชคดี ถือเป็นสิทธิ์ขาด และอยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจของบริษัทฯ แต่เพียงผู้เดียว

1.In the event of shipping delays where customers have not yet received their orders, participants may contact KOJO via LINE Official Account (@Kojo_th) to verify their eligibility no later than 19 July 2026.

2.The KOJO team will review and verify purchase records and shipment status before finalizing the list of eligible participants. The official winner announcement will be made on 23 July 2026 at 5:00 PM (GMT+7).

3.KOJO reserves the right to review, verify, and determine participant eligibility. All decisions made by the company shall be final and binding in all cases.

4.KOJO reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the campaign, including campaign details, timelines, mechanics, or terms and conditions, without prior notice.

2. How to Participate

Participants will receive one (1) entry for every purchase of the following participating products:

3.Purchase Verification & Registration

Participants must upload proof of purchase containing the following information:

• Purchase channel (must be an eligible channel designated by the Company)
• Product details
• Payment amount
• Order number
• Date and time of purchase

All orders must have a completed status in accordance with the requirements of each sales channel.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise deemed invalid will automatically forfeit eligibility.

Each receipt or order number may only be registered once. However, participants may accumulate multiple entries based on the number of eligible products purchased.

Participants must retain their original proof of purchase for verification purposes.

In the event of shipping delays, participants may contact the Company's administrator no later than 19 July 2026 for eligibility review.

4.Order Validation Requirements

To qualify for participation, orders must be completed according to the criteria below:

• Shopee  : Orders must display the status "Order Completed" or "Received". 

Orders that have not yet been confirmed as received will not qualify.

• KOJO Website (www.kojoth.com) : Orders must display the status "Fulfilled".

Participants must provide an order confirmation email or Order History page clearly showing the order number and purchase date.

• LINE Official Account (@Kojo_th)

Participants must provide proof from LINE SHOPPING showing successful delivery or, in the case of direct chat orders, proof of purchase confirmed by the administrator.

• KONVY Application : Orders must display the status "Fulfilled".

Participants must provide an order confirmation email or Order History page clearly showing the order number and purchase date.

Participants must provide a purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date, time, product details, and payment amount.

5.General Terms

5.1 Each participant (based on full name and/or national identification number) is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

5.2 Selected winners must confirm their participation through LINE Official Account (@Kojo_th) within the specified period. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

5.3 Participation rights and prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or substituted under any circumstances.

5.4 Prizes may not be altered, modified, exchanged, or selected at the participant's request.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant without prior notice if it determines that the participant has:

• Provided incomplete or inaccurate information;
• Engaged in fraudulent activity or attempted to obtain an unfair advantage from the campaign.

5.6 By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of their personal information for campaign administration and related communications in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

5.7 Participants and/or prize winners shall not be entitled to claim compensation, damages, reimbursement, or any other remedy from the Company, whether under civil or criminal law, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

5.8 All decisions made by the Company in connection with this campaign, including the selection of winners, shall be final and binding in all respects.
