Head of Sales
Country Operations, Philippines + Indonesia
About the Role
As Head of Sales and a founding member of the Sales and Account Management team, you’ll be front and centre for building - ground up - our best in class Sales function as we actively engage with Restaurant and Kitchen partners in Indonesia.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you’ll work closely with functional departments across multiple markets including Customer Success, Support, Operations and Management as you advocate for exceptional customer experience throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Ownership - ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close, leading your team by example as you service the existing funnel of inbound leads, while also fostering key relationships for klikit through outbound efforts
Sales Activity - the basics still stand: achieve monthly quotas for inbound and outbound lead management activity, qualified through to demo. Conduct a large volume of daily calls and lead nurturing activities
Process Optimisation — as one of the founding Filipino team members you will develop and optimize new sales and account management processes that scale as we grow, experimenting with new growth tactics and refining how klikIt will best perform in your market
Building the Team - as a senior member of the team you’ll be on the lookout for great new talent, hiring and maintaining talent to uphold the same standards of passion and commitment to excellence
Product Consultation - you will identify and flag actionable insights to our product team for the development of the klikit platform, such as aggregating client feedback, scoping out customisation requests and new feature requests, etc.
Thought Leadership — whether via blog resources or sharable collateral to educate during the funnel, or tips and tricks for existing customers, as a team we’re always on the lookout for new ways to educate on how to maximise value from klikit
Cross-Functional - you will collaborate with our other teams around the business to support klikit achieving its team goals for 2022 and beyond
What You Bring
A Love for Sales - ideally with a tech or SaaS business background and minimum of 8+ years sales experience

Analytical Mindset - you are able to deconstruct and use funnel insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve existing sales process
Team Leader - you enjoy acting as a coach to empower your team of SDRs and account managers to achieve the same level of excellence as your own
Experience/Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in customer service, support, or related field is preferred
Knowledge of customer service software and tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
