Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness is all about exploring the nutrients in food and how it effects your body. In this class you will learn the basics of nutrition and how to keep your body healthy. This class includes lot of hands on learning and you will get learn how to cook fun, nutritious meals.
I would describe this class by saying " Lifetime Nutrition teaches you about the things you need to know about food, how food works, what vitamins you need, what recipes you can cook at home with the food you need for your body. This class should be a required class, a class everyone will enjoy.
This class will teach you how to cook/eat healthier foods. It’s a very interesting class! I’ve learned have to do some stuff that I’ll really need for College!
This class is super fun and such a learning experience. If you're looking to learn the basics of cooking and make yummy recipes, this is the class to take. It is the best elective to take, as it's a nonstressful class from all the main courses including baking and cooking.
