Students explore innovative methods and means of creating original, electronically generated artwork using digital and other new contemporary media tools, while building upon traditional art concepts and processes. Students build a visual digital portfolio throughout the course. Careers in the field of digital media are introduced.

In a nutshell, students will learn how to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create digital artworks by expanding their knowledge they learn in art 1.
