It's a really eye opening course to take because we get to read historical writing but we dive deeper into the text, more than we ever did in history. Many texts we read in the class coincide with APUSH, but we get to analysis the deeper meaning and emotions of the writer. I really enjoy reading speeches from famous humanitarians such as Malala Yousafzai, after reading and analyzing the speeches I feel really inspired. -Tiffany

AP Language and Composition is a challenging class to take because of all the work, it is just as much work as any other AP class, but the class' teacher makes writing and reading so fun and easy to improve upon your own skills. In class, we usually analyze readings and do quick writes which really do improve your writing, students usually learn new materials every two days but we do work continuously, which is why AP Language and Composition never truly gets boring. I have had lots of fun during this class as I learn on how to improve my writing and analyzation skills. Whether its taking notes on an article, watching short educational clips, or working on our writing, I am sure that there's something bound to catch the attention and/or let students improve their vocabulary and analyzation skills.
