6th Grade Advanced Math
Students will be learning 6th and 7th grade objectives in Advanced Math. They will study fractions, decimals, and percent, perform operations with positive and negative rational numbers, and solve problems with equations and inequalities, multiple representations, ratio and proportion, geometry, and data analysis. Students who stay on the Advanced Math track will complete Algebra I in 8th grade, which will count as a high school credit. Having a strong foundation in math from elementary school will help students be successful in this challenging math course.
