Orchestra

Beginner Orchestra

The beginner orchestra is for students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade who have never played a string instrument. You do not need any prior musical experience to be in orchestra; we will teach you everything you need to know! All of the different string instruments play together in class. The beginner orchestra performs at the Winter concert, the Spring concert, and the Klein Invitational contest. They also get a chance to earn a medal at solo contest! Beginner orchestra students can attend all of the orchestra parties and trips throughout the year.
