Students must have a hall pass to come to the clinic.
Students with a temperature of 100.0 or above, will be sent home and may not return to school until they are fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of fever reducing medications such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil).
Action Plans: If your student requires an Individual Health Plan/Action Plan for a condition or procedure such as Diabetes, Seizures, G-tube feeding, etc.; please contact your School Nurse to obtain the appropriate forms prior to the end of this school year. We encourage you to visit your child’s physician over the summer and complete the forms for the new school year. New doctor’s orders are required each school year.
Please notify the Nurse or Clinic Assistant directly if your child tests positive for communicable diseases such as but not limited to: COVID, Flu, or StrepThroat.
We look forward to working with you and your child.
