11.00– 12.00 Theory of chlorophyll fluorescence and P700 measurements (dual PAM) (Prof. Dr.Tracy Lawson and Dr.Phillip Davey)
12.00-13.00 Lunch
13.00– 13.45 Theory of NDVI and thermal imaging (Dr. John Stamford)
13.45 - 14.15 Theory of the PhotosynQ (Dr. John Stamford)
14.15– 15.15 Practical demonstration of A/Ci and A/Q measurements

15.45– 18.00 Practical sessions with rotations around the following stations.
1) LICOR 6800 – IRGA & chlorophyll fluorescence (Prof. Dr.Tracy Lawson and Dr.Phillip Davey)
2) Dual PAM (Prof. Dr.Tracy Lawson)
3) PhotosynQ (Dr. John Stamford)
4) NDVI (Assist. Prof. Dr. Paweena Pongdontri and KKU team) and thermal camera (Dr. John Stamford)

09.00– 12.00 Practical sessions with rotations around the following stations

2) Dual PAM (Prof. Dr.Tracy Lawson)
3) PhotosynQ (Dr. John Stamford)
4) NDVI (KKU team) and thermal camera (Dr. John Stamford)

13.00– 15.00 Data analysis (Gas exchange, fluorescence data analyses & interpretation) (ALL) (using data gathered from previous sessions).

15.15– 16.00 Data analysis (Image processing data analyses & interpretation) (ALL)
(using data gathered from previous sessions; all participants bring computer for data analysis)
16.00– 17.00 Q&A session and opportunity to develop specific protocols for each of the instruments
17.00-17.30 Closing session (presentation of certificate of attendance)
