Kitbox is a social enterprise dedicated to tackling the skills gap with an innovative hands-on approach to business education in schools

Kitbox empowers students to step up and manage a real business in their school - helping them gain work experiences, life skills and an entrepreneurial attitude to get ahead and thrive

We provide a simple yet sophisticated online platform for students to build and manage their shop;

Supply a wide range of great value uniform, sports kit, and other items for students to personalise and sell;

Provide training and business oversight to enable students to successfully manage their online school shop, run a click & collect service, handle customer support and organise marketing activities and sale events; and

Organise company visits and challenges that enhance students’ ability to run their business, raise their aspirations and de-mystify the workplace environment.

PART-FUNDED: Cost to School - £3,000 p/a. With income from a non-exclusive uniform supply contract, the cost is part-funded from sales (based on 1,000 students)

NON-FUNDED: Cost to school - £6,000 p/a. Without permission to sell uniform, Kitbox can help your students sell other optional items such as hoodies for leavers/trips and stationery, but requires funding from the school to cover the cost of the programme
