Who am I?

First, I am a father to two beautiful girls. I am a techie through and through who loves having a new gadget to learn or share with others. Dedicated to working my hardest and doing my best in whatever I do, both in my personal and professional life.

What do I do?

I believe skills can be learned over time, there are certain traits that a person has in their character. As a problem solver, I get excited to find a solution to a problem. In troubleshooting I am able to communicate that with a customer in a way they can understand and relate. I exemplify this working in nearly every position I've held, including websites, as a Systems Support Technician, as a Manager with a Verizon Wireless store, and in volunteer work.
