The college application process involves many tasks that must be completed in order to submit all required documents. Requirements will vary by college so be sure to do your research on your specific colleges! The following information will guide you through the process. The tasks listed below will not necessarily be completed in this particular order, as many of them will happen simultaneously. For example, you may be working on your college application and at the same time your teacher may be writing your letter of recommendation.
Please remember to pay attention to deadlines, it is critical that you do not miss a deadline.
An Overview of the Application Process
1. SEND ACT/SAT SCORES- Do this first!
2. DECIDE WHICH APPLICATION YOU’LL USE
3. LINK YOUR COMMON APPLICATION AND SCHOOLINKS or UPDATE SCHOOLINKS
4. MAKE SURE COLLEGE APPLICATION LIST IS UPDATED AND REQUEST LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION IN SCHOOLINKS
5. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION IN COMMON APP OR ON THE SCHOOL SITE by the deadline AND PAY THE FEE. See your school counselor if you feel you need a fee waiver.
6. GO TO SCHOOLINKS AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FILLED OUT CORRECTLY SO TRANSCRIPT CAN BE SENT!

CCP Coursework is considered Dual Enrollment on the Common App.
