What Grounded does

Grounded is a Chrome extension that provides evidence-based grounding and breathing techniques for stress and anxiety relief.

Data we collect

Grounded stores a small amount of data locally on your device using Chrome's storage API:

• Session count and streak (number of completed exercises)

• Dates of completed sessions (for the streak calendar)

• Your chosen colour theme

• Pro subscription status

Data we do NOT collect

• No personal information (name, email, location)

• No browsing history or website data

• No analytics or tracking

• No data is sent to our servers

All data stays on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe via ExtensionPay. We do not see or store your payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Permissions

Storage: Used solely to save your session progress, streak, and preferences locally on your device.
