DAVID ROTH
David is an Entrepreneur at heart and expert in organisational transformation and social innovation. With a proven track record as an experienced facilitator, trainer and influential process design specialist, he works to help organisations and teams better understand and sustainably adapt to the often complex and fast-changing environment they are operating in.
He is recognized for the design, development, and delivery of strategic learning interventions for global organisations across six continents and various cultural backgrounds. These interventions have been proven to build and strengthen leadership skills, driving radical innovation, digital transformation and culture shift on all levels of an organization.
David passionately applies Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Exponential Technology and Behavioural Science to organisational development, vison and strategy creation, and the delivery of global projects. His leadership experience in these fields make him an excellent partner for scalable innovation and transformation processes.
HENRIK JOHANSSON
Henrik designs and leads processes for organizational and personal transformation that empower people and businesses to envision their future, manage change and create the forward movement to manifest visions into reality.
Henrik is the founder of Fantastic Studios consultancy and www.innerisland.net and has been involved in various transformation projects for private clients and organizations including Hyper Island, Greenpeace, LEGO, IKEA etc. Henrik has been facilitating collaborative group processes for 15 years for over 10.000+ people.
Henrik has a passion to make people smarter together and is frequently invited as a speaker and facilitator on innovation topics.
He has experience working in Sweden, England, Greece, Switzerland, The Netherlands, France, USA, Mexico, Cuba, India, Singapore, Philippines, China, Taiwan etc.

We partnered up with Fantastic Studios to bring the Leading Creative Collaboration Training to Asia in February 2019.
