Artificial Intelligence & Management Science Lab
Artificial Intelligence & Management Science (AIMS) lab develops data-driven artificial intelligence methods and studies to apply those to solve management scientific problems. As a study that helps various artificial intelligence methods to be used at a reliable level in the real world problem solving, we conduct research on developing deep learning models robust to explainable artificial intelligence (Explanable AI) and data variations. In addition, machine learning algorithms based on optimization methods are developed to solve various data science problems. By applying methodological research related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, we carry out various research projects to improve the manufacturing industry's product quality, yield, and production efficiency and medical and biochemical data analysis projects related to the healthcare industry.
Open Positions
We have open positions for Ph.D., M.S., and Undergraduate students. We are looking for self-motivated students who would like to conduct research at the frontier of artificial intelligence, manufacturing and healthcare analytics applications. The successful applicants will have opportunities to develop excellent skills in various aspects, including explainable AI, machine learning algorithms, manufacturing, and bio-health data analytics.
